My recent owner occupied buy we are living in the basement which has a seperate entrance and in law suite.

The entrance is technically inside the house, but its in the back corner and the door opens to the backyard.

Just inside the entrance at the high top tables.

The entrance needed to be separate, all plumbing, electrical, and heating would need to be separate and a firewall would need to be put in (mostly just an extra layer of drywall in the ceiling.

I wasn't exactly sure where to post this but since it is for a MFP, I figured I would start here.I am giving consideration to installing cameras on the exterior of the property to monitor the front door, side entrance, back yard and front yard.Has anyone installed these?

There was a room in the back of the house that she was renting out (bedroom and bathroom with private entrance).

Add many years onto it, private sector starts charging entrance fees, etc.
