I’m looking at purchasing a multifamily property in spokane. I first would like to get an understanding of the market.

What pros and cons do you see in the spokane area? What is the market looking like and what are some resources to get a better standpoint on spokane.

Im looking to network with anyone. Please feel free to message me

It is tough with the prices now you would need to find one off market or do a rehab buy. My recent owner occupied buy we are living in the basement which has a seperate entrance and in law suite. We had laundry put in upstairs so that's seperate too. The upstairs rent is $200 less than our mortgage. And when we buy our next property we will rent this basement out and cash flow pretty nicely.
