Short story long, don't see that happening now that I'm back in Bk.We're currently on the hunt in Bronx NY--Brooklyn has gotten ridiculous it seems for those who don't want to subsidize their tenants to live with them.

My issue is that it appears nearly impossible to find this type opportunity (VA approved condo)in Manhattan or Brooklyn where I prefer to buy as this purchase will be my primary residence to start my real estate portfolio.
