Putting a MH on property would possibly work depending on what you could get the property price down to, but setup fees and transport fees may make it cost prohibitive.

Whether or not people can use mass transportation for getting to and from work, most people still own cars for traveling to visit relatives, vacation, etc. and not planning for parking is going to create a mess.

I don't know where your home is located, but in my experience many of my clients only move here with one car shared by the family - almost anywhere you are in Montclair, public transportation is nearby, so I think you'll be ok finding the right tenant.Wish you the best of luck in resolving the issue and hope you stick with the real estate investing - the occasional headaches are always worth it!

I have never bought a car since and use public transportation or Lyft.
