Hi BP - My name is Chris and I am a national sales manager for a midsize company in the transportation industry. I have been educating myself in real estate for the past two years and late last year became a little more serious about investing. After listening to the podcasts I decided to join BP. My current goals are to buy and hold real estate for long term cash flow & house flip to raise capital in between. I have two deals in the works right now for buy and holds as well as pursuing a couple flip deals for the spring. I have really enjoyed the posts/blogs/podcasts and look forward to learning and sharing with you all. -Chris
