I figured I mind as well tackle it from all angles.I am looking into wholesaling since money is not needed to start investing.

So I would study up the blocking and tackling of landlording (I have a blog post on the classics of landlord lit, just four time tested book that should be free in the library or very low cost used)..

I dropped out of college and now I’m tackling the real world.

I highly recommend them after a great experience and will use them again in the future for projects I feel I can't tackle myself. 

Although I am cash flowing nicely, I am using the $400 to tackle the student loan debt rather than reinvesting. 

These will be our next steps to see if it's worth it to tackle the tasks.

@Michael Steward Depending on your location $6500 could be enough to tackle your own deal if it was an FHA/VA house hack, seller financing was involved, or a hard-money lender that allows interest to be paid at the end of the loan.

Now, I am currently stuck on ways to purchase my next property financially, therefore I am reaching out to my bigger pockets family to help assist of ways I can tackle this.
