Hello, My name is Jacob Hess, I have been listening to the BP podcasts for about 3 months now. I dropped out of college and now I’m tackling the real world. I know success is in real estate and I know it’s not going to happen over night. I have no money but I’m very eager. I’m in the Dallas area.
