His really nice stainless steel fridge apparently had quit working at some point before we bought the house - he unplugged it and left all the food in it and just left it sitting in the kitchen!

I was showing an apartment and as we are filling out the Application with the new tenant she was looking around the kitchen and noticed right by the fridge there was a small mouse and she jumped back and painted to it making a fuss over this little tit mouse .

I do a welcome gift basket in my entry level apartments and we leave a roll of tp in each bathroom, paper towels in the kitchen, and bottled water in the fridge at every turnover.

Owner pays.Unless your lease reads like mine:  Any fridge or washer/dryer is left as a courtesy, but any repairs or replacement will be paid by the tenant , no warranty provided by landlord.

I had to fire them because they were unable to rent the unit, and also, while the unit was empty, they supposedly replaced a broken fridge from another of their properties with the working fridge from my unit.
