Since the title company mentioned they would do a full blown search on names, titles, judgements, etc, should I hire them?

And some seem a bit sketchy but I'll reserve judgement until I actually attend a few.

You may be able to backwards plan from the summons date if applicable or at least get more information on the judgement or legal action pending.

@James Galla  yeah, I don't buy in east or south akron and whether or not it's a D- or a flat out war zone is probably a judgement call.

Plus, the court costs can be upwards of almost $800, with the filing fees for the eviction, the default judgement, etc.  

You can try and make a judgement call on your own but unless you have experience working on these types of sites thats a HUGE risk.

My lawyers says i can sue for breach of contract, but for guys like this the collection agency is the most cost and time effective route rather than a judgement..

We served the 3-day pay or quit on July 8, 2019, got the court judgement on Aug 22, 2019, and had the sheriff forcefully escort tenant off property Sept 20.

You would need to go to court and get a judgement.
