@Jon Baker Have a chat with your mail carrier and, if OK, mount a second box next to the first and put the appropriate name on each.

@Troy Woodard I just quoted a 3 flat today, and I know it was not in the best area as some of the insurance carrier declined to quote. 

You can see if you have a local broker who have access to the two carriers, or I would be happy to get a proposal to you.  

Even on insurance jobs the carriers pay out 20% for O&P.

Has anyone directly reached out to the major carriers about having a cell tower built or added onto one of their properties? 

Yes, I do have a reputable carrier, I think I may have the loss rent rider, not sure will need to check if I have ARV

They have more flexibility and can do the deals the major carriers aren’t interested in.Think of it like a local bank w/ a portfolio lending arm vs. going to Chase for a mortgage.

I realize it can vary by state but I have an estimate to install a new combustion motor (parts & labor) & heat exchanger (labor only as part is warrantied) on a Carrier 48JZ dual fuel unit and for the heat exchanger along they quoted $628 for the labor.When I questioned how long the entire job would take to complete the tech said about 4 hrs.

Anyway, I have a carrier in house who will insure a rental under an LLC without it having to be a commercial policy.
