Cell Tower Construction and Lease

Has anyone directly reached out to the major carriers about having a cell tower built or added onto one of their properties? 

I have a mountaintop property with almost 4000 feet of elevation at its crest, and I think it would be a good idea to generate some revenue while at the same time solving my service issue. 

(The property is a STR, and one of the biggest complaints I get is lack of cell service)
