Need insurance for 6 flat

I have six flat Bldg  on the southside Chicago in a not so good area. I'm having a hard time finding a company that can provide property insurance for 6 flat Bldg.  The only insurance company  that I found is charging Outrageous amounts.Can anyone provide companies that offer properties turns to 6 flats?
