How to ask seller for seller finance
4 December 2016 | 3 replies
If you are focused on craigslist, you are targeting FSBO or landlords...you would have a different message for each audience...and a different message for what you actually want to do with the property...my preference 1) Purchase money mortgage2) Lease option3) Subject to 4) Contract for deed5) Hybrid (seller 2nd)...You have to ask question to get to the root of the problem and then apply the best seller finance strategy.

Expedia Buys HomeAway for $39 Billion

During this time, my wife and I have traveled extensively using Airbnb and similar sites, and thus have that experience, as well. The problem we have consistently observed is an absolute cavalier attitude from the owners - ¨It´s my house, of course I can do whatever I want - and of course you should pay me for it¨ - and this attitude has been at the root of most arguments against Airbnb regulation.

How to find Real Estate agent?
28 February 2010 | 11 replies
Many Agents walk away from short sale deals because:Homeowners owe too much.Their expectations of the price is too high.Market times are too long.Little room for commissions.Just don’t do short sales.Don’t know how to do short sales.Can’t submit a short sale without an offer.Illegal for an Agent to represent a seller on a short sale in some states.Often lose out because a prospective buyer won’t wait for the short sale transaction.Banks want Agents to cut their commission rate.In some states a Realtor runs the risk of being accused of acting as an attorney without a license when they represent a seller on a short sale.Although a small number of Realtors actually do short sales, I’ve heard they’d rather have a root canal!
