I'm familiar with some websites that simply don't allow links to commercial enterprises, but it seems odd that I could shill your company all I want, like I recommend Cozy,  but you can't.Back to topic, I've just use Craigslist for at least 16 years but just advertised a vacancy on Zillow as well and was surprised with the number of responses via it and its partners.

If you can show statistic that with subsidies you could provide competitive workspaces within the municipality that would not only attract entrepreneurs, employment, and enterprise to that municipality over the other ones you could also make the area a preferred destination.

I have my company registered as an LLC (2 years)I have my EIN (2 years)I have my business bank account (6 months)No D& B number or credit bureau profilesI have 2 loans against 2 of my properties, and all of this was loaned as my business, but it is obviously personally guaranteed at the end of the day, even after equity securing the loans.

You don't have to tell the seller what is the fee, BUT if the seller asks the title company, they WILL tell.In addition to this rule, there is a new California law that would affect disclosure, WHEN your buyers is using a federally regulated loan - your assignment fee will be in the HUD-1, which now is called Closing Disclosure.This is a new Mortgage Closing Disclosure by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which published this final mortgage disclosure rule in November 2013 but delayed the effective date until August 1, 2015.
