Does anyone know of a good (legit) real estate school online for Texas? I want to start getting into property management, but I know I need my license for that. Also do I need to be set up with a broker to do property management or just hold the license? Thanks!

Last time I checked there was an online course on Groupon for +-$199.  All the schools will contain similar data and help you get your license so I personally would go for the best deal
