Not quite as good as say the midwest, but these properties tends to be in Western Colorado.

A lot of my network invest in Western Mass such as Worcester County and the Lowell area.

Of course I am in western PA where you have to consider how usable land is plus the taxing rates of local communities to determine if you really would want to buy that house on 3 acres or if 2.8 of the acres are on a steep unusable hill and are just a tax burden. 

Hi all, I am relatively new to the Boone, NC and western NC markets, so far working on BRRRRing through my first two-unit house conversion in the high country.

These "Working Poor" who get evicted often seem to lose almost everything they have collected (since their last jail term, last eviction, or whatever).Bed frames, mattresses, furniture, kids toys, clothes, etc...Just left behind for the owner to deal with.Assuming a lack of "Activist Judges" who will just do whatever they want without any regard for black letter law, these "Advocates" will do nothing more than add to the cost of the eviction (which will happen sooner or later anyway).Assuming "Activist Judges" the cost of forced housing of these people while they don't pay will need to be socked away by the owners for use when needed.Add to the mix SJW attorneys and Judges who will slow the process with stalling techniques and it might mean a larger security deposit required for some renters (if the market will bear it).I don't see this as being much REAL Help for these people, many of whom are "In Crisis" due to the eviction.Whether it was their own fault or not (job loss, friend stole the rent money for drugs, etc...)The help they need is HOUSING by the govt at that point.

I called the bank to see if other options are available, and one person suggested using Western Union.

Rockford is class B with average rent is $770 and employment is ~10%, median income from both areas ranging from 40-50k/year, data is based on bestplaces.net.Overall numbers, unemployment, income, rent....are not as good as the western suburbs so I'm debating should I stick to the western suburbs or move out to those areas ?
