Don;t blame the VA's so fast.YOU need to do a how to write up a 3 year old shoul dbe able to follow,... note, I didn;t say "understand" I said "follow"This is a must do taks if you ever want to scale and hire.You write an elaborate clear visual how to guide on EVERY single thing there is to do in your business.

@Sean Yang your policy should pay you Loss of Rents from the time the tenant had to vacate your property until it is able to be rented (determined by when the work is complete or the city allows occupancy).I have not heard of an adjusted taking that position before.
