It is available at Agway or Tractor Supply in the Northeast, it can't be all that hard to find elsewhere.Oats are a couple inches tall about 10 days after planting, if they get enough water.

He seriously must own about 30+ properties in only 2 or three little towns in about 45 minute radious..He has kept it pretty quiet though, I never knew up until the last few years, I know he has about 6 million in bank at least because he just sold off all his farm and equipment , tractors at a auction that I attended months back..My question is, how can I go about asking him for help, I know hes family but does this make a different, How and what can I ask him to help me with?

The second line might be a tract or parcel number, and the third line looks like it might be a volume and page where you might find something recorded in the clerks office.

I am like any other investor, I recently bought shares in Tractor Supply (TSCO) and right now I am down as my average purchase was $56.38 per share but I do think TSCO is heading back towards the $60 range.

Hi Keela,I'd just look for how-to videos, don't worry about whether it's a woman doing the work or not :) Check out Rehab Addict as mentioned above for inspiration...I've always loved doing what is traditionally 'man's work'- I am an engineer, I can drive a tractor, skid steer, telehandler, back a trailer up with the best of them.
