I chose to invest most of those gains into a trucking company due to the lack of patience at the time and my 10 year experience being a tractor trailer w-2 driver.

My dad is a co tractor and has a guy for pretty much every modality in construction.

We have approximately 10,000 in septic testing and subdivision, and another approximately 10,000 in a tractor to maintain the building lots. 

Pretty easy actually, especially with a tractor with forks bolted to the front end loader.

Will use our 4 wheel drive tractor to pull between the tree rows.

Also, be sure to do all the contractor checks to ensure that you are not hiring a CON-tractor. 

I have a mini ex , skid steer  , and kubota tractor  plus a dump trailer  But , I am also a contractor .
