For us the carrying costs are too high to deal with waiting so whatever is fastest and easy to do.We were supposed to head over to Mountain Home a couple of years ago to work at the Thunder on the Mountain music festival.

I'm just not no sure how good the economy would be if the Thunder left the area and still trying to decide, your thoughts?

They require no training and although they are typically dogs, they theoretically could be a cat, pig, horse, snake, etc.

You've just got to make sure your doctor is a qualified practitioner rather than a snake oil salesman.  

In Florida you can't let little dogs out without supervision due to hawks, gators, snakes or other predatory animals.

(like the woman that got a snake)  And, I don't trap the tenant if their life situation changes, and they need to move, they just give me a 30 day notice.
