I don’t have any real experience actually dealing with banks for financing or looking at real OM’s or seller documentation or actually underwriting a multi family … so I’m really not familiar with any of this stuff other than just the text instructions, you can say.

Returns in the OM were projecting less than the biggest companies but the financing was a 7 year fixed ARM with a 20 year amortization.

My question is more in terms om how do I actually collect this from guests via Airbnb (since they dont collect automatically to your point) and I am afraid they may be penalising me for collecting surplus tax in how they display bookings.
