Europe Multifamily Brokers

I’ve had a very easy time identifying the big listers in my local market (Austin, TX), and the process isn’t too difficult to replicate for other parts of the US. But when I go hunting for OMs in Europe, I can’t even seem to find listing brokers. Does anyone know where I might be falling short? I know the asset class isn’t nearly as predominant in Europe, yet I feel like I just don’t know which broker’s website to peruse.
