If you have one take a metal detector to buzz the corners, a shovel to dig around the old survey stakes (don't dig them out), a can of pepper spray and some pink plastic ribbon to mark the spot.

Can't own a tazer, not even mace or pepper spray.

Here in NJ I can't legally carry any kind of weapon, not even pepper spray.

For me on my first I was worried about buying a lemon so I learned everything I could about the inspection process and peppered my inspector with all kinds of questions.

Its a good mix of old (Pepper Pod, Dixie Chili, Knife shop, etc.) and new at the moment. 

That reminds me, I've got to slice up some peppers to freeze so we have some this winter for our pizza...

As for detaining them, it is all about tactics; 12" mag lite shined in their face and held the right way so it can be used as a club if they get too close, Springfield Arms XD40 as back up, lots of yelling commands peppered with curse words. 

And of course, no World's Biggest Salt and Pepper Shaker museum.

Bainbridge, Chagrin Falls, Reminderville, Aurora, Auburn, Russel, Middlefield, Mantua and possibly a little into cuyahoga, beachwood, orange, lyndhurst, pepper pike ect.

If I were a woman in this business I would definitely atleast carry pepper spray or some alternative.
