hello all,I'm from southeast iowa and I was hoping to run some numbers in front of all the investors on BP!

I' a realtor in Portland and BP has been an awesome resource for me so far!

We are a newer small firm (three of us), but we have done deals in recent months in IA and GA with two more in IA pending and one in IL.So...glad to join this PRO forum. 

You seem to think that the long term supply and demand fundamentals have changed and it will continue to appreciate ... you are local so I concede that you may be seeing things that I as an outsider looking in am not.

Just did mine for $150 in Northern Iowa.

Currently I have a business my with friends/investors in Des Moines Iowa .

My late start is somewhat justified as I as military for 25 yrs of my life and was never stabke enough in one place. now a retired at a young 46 , I feel I can secure a greater retirement much easier than the measly 2k monthly pension that came at the end of all that serive and risk!

I'm the school teacher from Iowa.
