New to Real Estate
Hello All! My name is Daniel and I'm new to RE. I'm from Portland Oregon and am a full time pharmacist looking to start whole sale and eventually rehab flip and have some hold rentals. Currently I study Sean Terrys
Flip2freedom program and BP books and resources. Feel free to chat with me anytime on my account. Thanks for reading!

Hey @Daniel Juson, welcome to bigger pockets! Considering the direction you want to go, I would suggest reading "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller. It's a great foundational book that really helps new investors get a solid foundation under them. Secondly, because you are looking to possibly get into flipping, I would suggest reading "The Real Estate Rehab Investing Bible" by Paul Esjuan. I found it extremely helpful and gave me a good foundation to go off of.
Best of luck!
