Hello to all. New very excited member living in Bowie Md. Wanting to learn and gain insight from experienced members that are local and of course bring possible business to them. I am setting a timeline of 2-4 months for my first property. Looking at buy and holds that cashflow and are not in areas I need to take my conceal carry. My wife has been in prop management for most of her adult life and is a regional manager for a large company so I plan on using her skills on the management side (why didn't we do this much sooner!!). My late start is somewhat justified as I as military for 25 yrs of my life and was never stabke enough in one place. now a retired at a young 46 , I feel I can secure a greater retirement much easier than the measly 2k monthly pension that came at the end of all that serive and risk! Honestly, 3-4 good cashflowing properties can give me that much. I actually retired at 43 and have been working in DC since but that transition has taken a lot of getting used to. In short, I'm finally ready.  I'm loving the wealth of info on this site from all of you guys and gals. Any advice, contacts, etc. Are definitely welcomed.
