There is always room for improvement, and this process is highly imperfect.

@Johann JellsIt's a couple 1x6s I had lying around that I used to cover up some imperfections in the wall.

Some lenders do a better job of vetting their stable of appraisers than others but  it is an imperfect process.

Your first action will be imperfect, but taking a step is the most important step. 

Will it be easier for you to manage yes, is there potential for development down the line, maybe is it super valuable when you go to sell, not really.I'd rather buy the perfect property at an imperfect time than an imperfect property at the perfect time.

Imperfect action is still better than no action.I live in San Francisco and invest in Indianapolis.

The Wholesaling Inc podcasts that I listen to all of the time say to take Massive Imperfect Action.
