We cleared and planted about 300 fruit trees and flowers on it. 

Great views, great locations, water features, great cell or internet (big deal), electric/water, upgrade with fruit trees and ponds, huge trees, garbage dumps you can build a different road around, etc.

So what we're not pivoting back to is our roots... to build out agent focused sites, specifically for agents who are "hybrid or hybrid curious" (Meaning they also are investors and want to attract motivated house sellers as well), and who are focused on wanting to pull in sellers vs. buyers.

It's the low hanging fruit of real estate investing but so worth it.
