Be sure you have at least a small flashlight whenever inspecting.

They use cameras that balance the light to make a space appear brighter than it is.

Be greedy when others are fearful, only applies if there is a brighter future for the asset class. 

Bottom line is the outlook is definitely getting brighter and anyone who said the city was dead for good is wrong again as they have always been.

@Queenie Pinto  maybe you should go over the place with a black light (UV flashlight) and make sure the dog didn't pee on the floor anywhere. 

I have the desire to see it flourish as it did years ago and realize that I may not be the perfect one for the job, but I can do my best to be the start of a brighter future and hopefully re-light the fire within him to desire the same results. 

When the phrase "This time it's different" starts going around - and it is - it's time to get your flashlight out and locate the nearest exit.  

Just hang onto good business practices and the future has never been brighter.
