I think I'm mainly interested in purchasing properties on the low and then renting them, but I'm sure that interest will evolve the more I learn.

Maybe saying we didn't buy right would be more apt- I acted as my own property manager, which evolved into me feeling sympathy for my tenants.

Now I have evolved into the house flipping side of things for the bigger returns.
