New member in Tampa FL
Hello Bigger Pockets community. I am new member in Tampa, FL looking to start an investment and development company by March 2017. I currently teach so, I am looking for creative ways to build capital to start my first project. The nature of my investing will start as flipping single-family homes, and evolve into multi-family rentals and later into renovation of distressed multi-family residences. Any input, words of wisdom or advice would greatly appreciated. I'm a sponge for learning, humble enough to know I don't know a lot and driven enough to do the work.
