Hi My name is Jason Grant. I'm looking to learn about investing in real estate; particularly wholesaling. I'm sure my interests will evolve overtime as I gain more knowledge and resources but at the moment I do not have capital so I'm looking for ways to get started with little/no money.

I've recently read information from Kent Clothier on wholesaling and have also recently learned about a concept called "overages". At the moment these are the only strategies I know of that  can potentially allow me to generate quick funds so that I can get into other kinds of deals.

I'm hoping other experienced investors can share experiences and insights to these concepts and guide me in the right direction. Thanks!
