Yeah, an important thing to point out for the folks who haven't yet done any projection models is that an investor doesn't have just ONE projection model...I have MANY projection models, with different scenarios plugged in, and I'm constantly editing and improving my primary models...

It is literally edit them in Microsoft Word, submit them with payment to the county clerk, and the eviction happens in a few weeks barring the tenant fighting it - which they seldom do if they know they aren't paying (they know they are in the wrong).

I would probably use those forms unless I thought the situation was complicated by something.If your lending attorney is familiar with RE lending and works in the space he would have those documents off the shelf to be edited for your situation.On the borrowing end, I've always just pointed the seller to the state website and we used them with the blanks filled in as seemed appropriate.
