Direct booking or VRBO contract for STR

Does anyone have a contract that they use for renting a STR and are willing to email to me? I wouldn't hold anyone liable for anything etc etc etc and I'd adapt it. Thanks so much.

Ok, so VRBO sent me the PDF. I need to do some editing/reformatting and I can send it to you. This is very specific to our rental but there is a ton of generic stuff as well.
It is long with lots of topics. 7 pages I think.
