Not likely, because they simply don't teach it.Also, they promised me if I signed up for Mastery and Real Flow, I would get access to pre-foreclosure data, high equity property owners, and private money lenders, all on curated lists.

I should think a few calls to local Real Estate Agents should get you some results, also check out the business section of your local telephone directory.

Does anyone have directories and lists?

If the agents you noticed were dialing through zip codes they were probably using something like Cole Real Estate Resource/ Cole Directory.
