Where are your cruising grounds?

Brandon Turner LOL..yes, I cruise BP at all hours of the night when I can't sleep or wake up at the before the birds starts chirping.

I was an advanced unit leader in a cosmetic company [yes Ben, I really am a little old Avon lady] I had met both Michael Moore and Temple Grandin [ Keith Olberman and Oprah were also on the board, haven't met them...yet]I looked at several cruise ship pictures I had glued to the posterboard.

Can't say anything about the labor prices, as those are very, very region-specific.I will say that, legally, you're cruising for a bruising doing things this way.

They choose to ignore all of this and continue to criticize how others spend their money while their home "leaks" enough money every year to pay for a new Mercedes and take a cruise.

Now I will say that an above average 'wholesaler' doing a cruise in their farming area would see the notices and may knock on the door, then the neighbor's door to inquire.

Hi Brad,A lot of folks come to this crossroads...cruising along accumulating SFRs and then you wake up one day and say, is this it.....yes, can continue but is there a faster way....this job is really sucking my soul.

I definitely would like to know more on "How you were able to put it together"I'm looking at an 8 unit and a 6 unit myself but I'm thinking about waiting until I return from my Bahama cruise next month then go full force since I will be more focused.

I have few that are really just on cruise control.
