Wholesalers wake up....
These kinds of things should never go on in your city without you knowing...anything that happens in your city and any other city is public information....They happen everyday all across the U.S, your job is to find a way to be there before they do...This dosent take a huge marketing budget, just some effort....
There's always a way...

I guess I'm missing something. What exactly is a 'wholesaler' supposed to do? I don't think this story has anything to do with 'wholesalers' being asleep. If anything, the lien holders should have done something IMO. I'm not defending the town. Did they see if the electric was on? Was it? Was the water on? Were taxes paid? What due diligence did the town do, other than a nailed up notice? Did they talk to neighbors? What is their process for determining if a nuisance is unsafe and dangerous to the public? This will be an interesting case to follow.
I don't have all the facts, but on the surface the response I have is not against 'wholesalers' but against an allegedly callous city inspection department.
