jobs are still a problem

Hard to see real estate improving until the trend of jobs, unemployment and the unknown in govt. changes. Here is an article updating the problem with those areas.

I read that article and the funny thing about them is that it seems one person thinks we are on the road to recovery and the next thinks our economy is going to fully collapse.

On that note our recovery is affected by the recovery of Europe, India, China and all the other nations. We actually don't need to lead the recovery the other countries can start to pull us out of our economic situation to some degree.

The Wall Street Journal and USA (Obama) Today have two optimistic articles.

Rich you and Will can definitely speak on the power of one state Texas especially Will with the Texaplex video

I believe Texas is a prime example of how other states can improve their economy and they wouldn't have to go very far to find the answers.
