Looking for HML in Metro Atlanta Area

Good Afternoon,

I'm reaching out to get recommendations on HML in metro ATL and possible credit unions that will help fund real estate deals such as a fix and flip.

Who is your favorite hard money lender/credit union in the Metro ATL area? Conversely, which hard money lenders have you had a difficult time working with?

Please let me know. Thanks.

@Kennesha Powell

I have not worked with a lot of HML so I can only speak from experience. I would recommend Sherman Bridge Lending or Lima One. It depends on your situation. Another community member, @Kweillin Gordon may also be able to assist you.

Hope this helps.
