Being an investor you see things bigger picture so to you and me it doesn't really matter much if we are writing a check this Friday or one next Wed for the work, but you'll be shocked how important this subject can be with certain tradesman.

I will tell you though that this weekend will be my wife and my 1st wedding anniversary weekend, so its probably safe to say I won't be getting a hall pass...

I normally rent it out for a week at at time, and we also do weddings and other events.  

@Paul Kessenich- in Nashville, the target market for these larger home is bachelor/bachelorette parties and other larger social functions (reunions, weddings)That is another degree of risk for long term.

I thought about it for 2 minutes as I was boarding a flight to go to my brother's wedding, and I agreed to the deal.

I've always had an interest in real estate but never really got into it since its a conflict of interest with my job.I'm 29 years and a newly wed with my wife that I've been with for 9 years.

Ill be out of town next week for a wedding in St Paul but any time after that will work.
