If Jersey City gets big enough they might have the need to invest in a subway which could really change the outlook of their space.  

They do say, though, that it's really designed for people buying franchises (most of their customers are buying a Subway store or something similar).

It's also dropping in crime, and there is a brand new shopping mall, movie theatre, and subway stop about a mile away.

Hi there,Found what appears to be a great house for our 5th investment property - a 5bd/2bath a few blocks from MARTA (Atlanta's "subway") and 2 stops from the airport.

This is the second go at getting some straight subway tile on the walls.  

Walmart, Smoothie King, Subway, Banks, AT&T are all  2-3 blocks from this property.

The answer I got was "you want me to fill out an application at subway I was thinking of bringing cash guy I own six food trucks in the city"No I didn't miss any punctuation's there.

We have included Subway gift cards for the past several years, currently having an internal debate on whether to continue with that or go with Papa Murphy's.
