I warned of my credit score, and my situation, but was just advised that it will not be a problem. 

Recently over 165 lawsuits were filed in Chicago against small landlords who declined Section 8 tenants. These are being issued by local "nonprofits" who are mass emailing landlords pretending to be section 8 tenants....

If a sponsor resists this basic transparency measure, consider it a serious warning sign.  

Is there some reason the early bird pricing went up without a deadline and without warning?

Take this as a warning, and perhaps be proactive not reactive.   

But be warned about that company...

I originally didn’t plan on writing a review on her, but after reading a recent post (shown below), I wanted to warn others about her “due diligence”, handling of investor concerns and follow-up communication.

WARNING: if you do not prepare for this, you can enter a death spiral: deteriorating properties lead to lower rents, worse tenants, more wear and tear, even less cash flow to fund repairs and ultimately erode asset value.I do not mean to rain on your parade, hopefully, this is a helpful long term perspective.
