Like Michael mentioned if you are just reporting on schedule E/C on your personal return- a balance sheet isn't required; so full double entry software isn't required (but still helps). 

I've seen posts on here from a few years ago about rental portfolio dashboards, but all seem to be inconclusive or suggest a software subscription to have such a reporting tool.

Since you’ll be managing remotely, I recommend using property management software like Hospitable for automating messaging, bookings, and cleanings, along with PriceLabs for dynamic pricing.

Looks like decent PM software but again the support is huge for me.  

@Mindy PerryReally doesn't matter what software you pick as long as it has the features you want.Two biggest challenges with ALL software:1) None are perfect, so deal with the tradeoffs2) Most users rarely put in enough time to really understand how to utilize the software.
