You don’t need them and you don’t need an app.

Any of these real estate apps? 

From what I can tell with all the research I’ve done I need to set up the app on my phone (to see the video) while in close proximity to the camera to connect.

Loving all the threads in the app and learning from seasoned investors!  

We currently accept rent from tenants using a variety of 3rd party apps-Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle but are moving away from accepting payments in our individual names and want to start accepting payments directly to the LLC/business accounts, but LLC accounts do not accept Zelle and there is a fee for using business accounts on Venmo.

I've received apps in the past where this was the exact situation only for the borrower to not qualify and be stuck. 

Might take a few months for the new address to show up on those apps.

It is digitally monitored so they always know the level and so do I with the app.

Look at the Meet Up app for other groups. 

I also can see on apps early on if have a dangerous breed and can put those apps in back of the pile rather then it being a surprise later on.
