They often work long hours too and primarily come back to sleep so we get nicer mattresses and linens.

It just cash under the mattress or something else that cannot be sourced where you have to wait.

I could also Airbnb it as an eco house as I will make sure air quality is optimal and buy organic mattresses but I'm not sure if Hagerstown would be a potential vacation destination.

Never tried a zinus mattress.  

The mattresses get positive comments (Zinus Green Tea 12") so we let them know but no one is clamoring for our sheets or towels.I do like the art idea more however.

They did leave a brand new mattress still inside its wrapping.
