Strategic design tailored to their needs will not only attract them but also show the value in choosing your rental over a basic hotel.For parents visiting students, they want a cozy home-away-from-home where they can relax and spend quality time with their child.

Each does really well in it's category, but I also made a point to set them up with a good design, the right amenities, etc. 

The designer slick grey backsplash really ties the kitchen together nicely.

I can imagine it is pretty saturated.. but I would make sure you have top notch photos and design.

We change the order from time to time, etc but no new full set of pics UNLESS there is a design refresh, or renovation of some sort. 

Maybe find a good designer that can provide services to install and setup the spaces.A lot of these ideas are going to depend on where you are buying.
