Right or wrong, we have more insurance companies looking to specifically disqualifying an apartment complex that allows charcoal grills on wood decks or balconies.

Charcoal greys are in style for colors!  

So I open the cooler and this is what I found:It's "Deluxe" Debra sitting on top of a bag of charcoal! 

He just threatened my grill which is on my patio/ deck, technically a charcoal grill is illegal on patios in NYC however no one enforces it.  

@Ivan Chavez if you really want to go above and beyond: clean out gutters, inspect all appliances (or at least those you provide) ice and vinegar in the disposal, check stove elements and use oven cleaner, run vinegar or bleach through the washer, vinegar or bleach in the dishwasher, clean the dishwasher strainer, check light bulbs in vent hood and change charcoal filter, electrical system check-make sure gfci work with a tester (not the button), check all bulbs, fans, and outlets, plumbing check for leaking toilets, dripping p traps under the sinks, you can also check resistance on electrical water heater elements to make sure they aren't busted.

A Smart TV, gas or charcoal grill, some outdoor entertainment (horse shoes, fire pit, archery or pellet gun range).

I even put newspapers with charcoal on every surface of the both the top and bottom to get rid of smell.

Especially in Missouri they are going after charcoal rot and Japanese Beetles on beans. 

I have a nice charcoal grill.Easier to clean, I never run out of gas (renters are responsible for charcoal) I hate cleaning my gas grill at home, to many parts to disassemble.When your on vacation you have more time to relax and a charcoal grill just feels like vacation.Good thing I have spell check, I had charcoal spelled 3 different ways.

I am thinking something dark to match the floor, like a charcoal color.
