It’s been a dream of mine since having the cake and ice cream at the Charcoal Pit in DE.

I like a navy, darker blue, charcoal or Teal but it really depends a lot on lighting, natural light and how big the kitchen is.   

When they started sanding the smell got so bad you needed charcoal respirators to even be in the house.

I'm talking about nice charcoal 2x2's and ivory, etc. and I have never paid more than $.25/ft for 2x1 and 2x2 foot tile which sells for $3-6 per ft at the Big Box.The second thing they have in abundance are bathroom vanities.

I would be mad.Just get a charcoal grill and let the guests supply their own charcoal.

If so, do you allow gas grills or just charcoal grills? 

Rather that throw his stuff on the front lawn, the socially acceptable way of publicly announcing your relationship is over, out tenant went to the store and bought a bag of charcoal and some lighter fluid.  

We provide a simple Weber charcoal grill at our duplex unit for tenants to share, and leave it to the tenants in our single-family properties.

In that environment buying in the hood becomes very tempting, but that little bit of cash flow comes with a huge cost in headaches, the probability of property damage (things like a charcoal grill in the living room) and long term you might just be treading water.Average net cash flow is probably around $200 per door after you have stabilized the property, so you need a few units before it amounts to something.

This may/may not help, but we have a property on the NC coast (BHI), and we just went with a combo of a simple gas grill and a simple charcoal grill.
