If you think about it for a bit...what GenX or senior now wants a 5+3 in Granada Hills or even Valencia moving forward?

We're currently looking in Granada Hills, Pasadena, and Burbank with a budget of $500,000.

I've lived through the declared "Cold War" (that continues to this day despite what folks say), through Granada, through the Communist Insurgency in Thailand, through Shaba II, through part of the Lebanese Civil War, through the invasion of Grenada, the bombing of Libya, through the Persian Gulf War, through the Invasion of Panama, through the Gulf War (again), through the intervention of the Somali war, through the intervention of Haiti, through the Bosnian war, through the War in Kosovo, through the war in Afghanistan, through the Iraq war (again), through the war in North-West Pakistan, through the Libyan Civil war, through the war on Isil, through the war in Afghanistan (again), and through the (current) Yemeni civil war.How is this not business as usual?

Interested if any investors would consider Granada Hills to be a good rental location for two homes on a large lot.

I have referred clients to Prellis Management in Granada Hills and have been happy.

For example, I had clients in the Granada Hills area look into it and there appeared to be no demand.Just some food for thought.  

Residencies have been acquired and/or are being built from the ground up and they are now also moving big on cities such as Granada, Malaga, Bilbao, etc.
