I suspect 50k loss and you probably have a PG.. so really depends if Kiavi  bizz practice is to come after folks on the PG if they are still owed money.

Business lines of credit in my experience will often be high doc, so you need to have your articles of organization, the EIN number from the IRS, any other mbr/managers may have to be signatory to the debt (vs non-PG), and depending on the bank, they often want to see business tax returns.

Sharing the profit is better than no profit at all.Well, we haven't found anyone that will vc a deal, and a majority of the HML's we find want a PG, 20% down and a minimum of three months reserves in the bank, 2 months of business bank statements, along with us having done at least three deals.
